Taste & enjoy our a la carte menu or let yourself be spoiled with our surprise menu of 4, 5 or 6 courses.

With the focus on seafood we will serve you the finest dishes with the fresh catch, lobster and oysters.

Not a big fan of seafood? Try out our steak tartar, tenderloin or one of our vegetarian dishes!

Chef Rick Baak wants you to taste our finest dishes with our Bonaire culinaire menu of 4 courses and he will expand your diner with one extra course. Also want wine pairing with your menu? The maître Stef will advise you to make your dinner to a full experience.
